Tim’s background is in hospitality and he holds two degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management, so he has always enjoyed the events industry. Tim has a wealth of experience from situations as varied as working at the US Tennis open in 1988 to running the largest catering operation in Anchorage, Alaska for multiple years.
