Where are your Luna photo booths manufactured?

Our photo booths are manufactured and ship from our facility in Detroit, Michigan.

How long will it take to receive my photo booth?

Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business days and will take 3 - 5 days to reach most destinations within the United States and Canada.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing to qualifying established and start-up businesses. To learn more or apply please click here: TapSnap Financing

Do you offer technical support?

Yes, we offer free telephone technical support Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time, as well as pay-per-incident emergency after hours support outside of business hours.

Do you provide marketing materials to your customers?

Yes, we provide brochure templates, photo samples along with event questionnaires and sample event contracts.

Will the Luna photo booths fit in my car?

Both the Luna Go and Luna Pro are small enough to fit in most passenger vehicles.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I test your iPad app before purchasing?

Yes, you can download a free trial of our Luna OS iPad from the Apple App Store.

What materials are your photo booths made from?

The head unit of our photo booths and Marketing base are manufactured from aluminum. The wooden legs on the Classic base are beech.

What camera do you use?

The Luna Pro ships with a Canon R100 mirrorless camera. The Luna Go uses the front facing iPad camera, but an externally mounted Canon camera can be attached to the top of the photo booth via the 3/4" threaded mounting hole. Our software supports most modern Canon cameras, however if you want to use a specific model it is best to test prior to purchase or speak with our support team.
